Classes are kept small so individual attention can be given to ensure you are exercising in a safe but effective way.
Depending on your ability, level of fitness or if you are recovering from injury; exercises can be modified/adapted to suit your needs.
Participants should wear comfortable clothing and bring their own mat (towel optional).
No need for trainers as the session is conducted in bare feet or socks.
You will be asked to complete a short questionnaire in advance of starting.
